Public offer

The seller sells tea at retail through this site. By placing an order the buyer accepts this offer: the contents, price and delivery address are fixed at checkout and confirmed by the seller in a message.

Tea is a food product of proper quality and is therefore not subject to return or exchange under Russian law. If an order arrives damaged or wrong, contact the seller: we replace it or refund it.

Prices are in roubles and include the seller's taxes. The seller is not a VAT payer (simplified regime, USN 6%), so no VAT is charged to the buyer.

Payment

Payment follows the order: an SBP transfer or an invoice. The seller sends the details in a reply together with the order number. Card payment appears once a Russian acquirer is connected.

An order is accepted once the seller confirms it. If a tea has sold out, the seller says so and refunds in full.

Delivery

Delivery in Moscow: 350 ₽, free from 5000 ₽. Shipped by CDEK or Russian Post, as agreed. 3-7 days in Moscow once the lot has arrived, up to 14 days elsewhere in Russia.

The first lot is on its way: some positions are sold as pre-orders. The seller confirms the exact date in a message.

Returns

Quality claims: write to OWNER_PLACEHOLDER@example.com or Telegram @OWNER_PLACEHOLDER, include the order number and a photo. We answer within 3 working days. Refunds go back by the same method the payment came in.
